You trust them with your family. These morons do not drop them off where they were picked up, in front of the local travel office that they said they would. My family were dropped off after dark and they don't know where they were and couldn't tell me. How could they, they were just tourists.\r

What happened was that they were dropped off in the strip mall across the road. The driver did that to avoid a u-turn. Yes, it's trouble but it only take less than a minute to cover the extra distance. This is really moronic because they were going around all over LA over an hour to drop people off. Does an extra minute hurts?\r

The driver did try to warn my family when they board the bus for the last leg. But what's the point. The driver didn't speak English well, nor Chinese. My relatives weren't local and had no clue what that means nor where they were. If the driver tried to tell me, I'll call the police and charge them with kidnapping.\r

So even with a cell phone and constant contact, I don' t really know what's going on. My family thought it was simple. They asked somebody and thought it would be simple to cross the road to the other strip mall. In this part of OC, drivers aren't use to people crossing at daytime. It's a total hazard at night. My mother is in her 80's and my family were walking around with a suit case. They walked a long way to the crossing, and my mother ran out of time of the green light. Many drivers were alarmed and had to stop during their green light.\r
