Review content:
This was the worst customer service experience I have every experienced. They behaved as if they never have any customers and would do anything short of clubbing you over the head to purchase something. The first salesman never even introduced himself to us. The second who was a manager sent in after we reapetedly requested a business card so that we could return after visiting another store. The manager then repeatedly insulting us saying that ""we know you won't return because the average customer never does"" as well as ""people do not buy based on the best deal"". And then after I told him we would be leaing because I didn't appreciate the pressure tactics that he was using and if continued would not return...he then said ""you must be a teacher because teacher's get upset when you don do what they tell you to do"". I was blown away by how unbelievably rude and insecure Doug was. Their sales tactics were worse than a used car salesman. Even if the diamond was fifty dollars I would not buy it from them.
