Review content:
I had been looking to lose a little weight and get back in shape when I ran into Tom Kalka, president of Custom Fitness Concepts, at a sporting goods store. Tom explained what the company was all about and offered me the free 1-day trial. He called me a few weeks later, when I had not yet taken him up on it, and his persistence paid off: I have been training with Custom Fitness Concepts for 5 years now. For me, the value is as much about the camaraderie with others in the group, challenging and encouraging one another, as it is about the exercise. You realize that you are never going to push yourself that hard when you exercise by yourself. We are not as consistent on our own. I also like that the group feels like a small family, which makes you want to come back. Not only do the trainers challenge you but they make it fun. They teach a variety of different exercises so that it never gets boring from one week to the next, let alone from one day to the next. Personally, I have seen a transformation in my core body strength and body tone. Custom Fitness Concepts is a fun way to get in shape and do something that is not always fun to do -- exercise! It is a good way to jump in and accomplish your goals. Kevin Wood
