The desk staff is undependable and rude. The only decent vet has left, leaving 2 vets, one of which is the owner. They both use great imagination in finding something wrong with your pet, then play on your love for your pet to milk you dry. I suspected I was being fleeced and took my dog to another vet for a second opinion after Dr Wolf wanted to operate on her. All she had was the equivalent of a pimple that cleared up with a little antibiotic cream. Thank God I got that second opinion instead of putting her through an un-needed surgery. These people are the best rip off artists I have ever seen. They should be in acting!\r
