I wish I could give them ZERO stars! This company is HORRIBLE, and totally unworthy of even a single star.
you can expect for someone to show your apartment two-three times a WEEK, EVERY WEEK for the entire year, with no notification what so ever. And if its really not a good time for strangers to barge into your home--well, thats too bad. They don't take your "NO" as an answer, and will literally push the door open and walk past you. (yes, this happened.)
Now, lets jump to the time they decided to repave the parking lot, and just took it upon themselves to tow every car out of the parking lot with no notice! After two days of being unable to get ahold of anyone (closed weekends) We found our vehicles in another parking lot down the street. The tow truck had drug the cars across the pavement, ruining the tires of both of our cars, and damaging the transmission to one. THEY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY WHAT SO EVER. and hundreds of dollars in repairs later, we're still fighting over who is at fault.
Onto moving out-- I had my move out inspection scheduled for a wednesday at 1pm. You have to have your carpets PROFESSIONALLY cleaned by the time of your inspection, and they must be dry, otherwise they charge another $50. They called me tuesday at 1:45 to inform me that they completed my move out inspection, and wanted to know if I planned on getting my barstools out of the apartment. (which planned on doing that day, seeing as the inspection was SUPPOSED to be for the following day!!!!) and because I was "not ready at the time of the inspection" (which they took upon themselves to complete 24 hours early) they would be charging me ANOTHER $100 for THEIR "inconvenience"
