I had hit a deer over memorial day weekend, and my insurance company directed me to Cort Auto Body. They allowed me to tow in the car that day, and on Tuesday they began working. Basically, they had to replace the entire front end. The repairs took about ten business days, and it was a very interactive process.
Every day, Cort uploaded pictures of the progress of the repairs to their website. This feature was great--I really liked being able to see what they were doing in real time. They were also helpful when I dealt with them over the phone. In fact, the whole process was just smooth. They dealt directly with the insurance company, so I was taken out of that equation. The car looked great when I went to pick it up. The overall experience was very good.
