Dr. Gary Tylock became angry when I asked for clarification on why a very expensive test procedure (that I would have to pay for out of pocket) was needed and refused to even talk to me or answer my questions about it unless I did the procedure first. I refused the test procedure that day and received a letter a few days later advising me that his practice was dropping me as a patient due to my ""non-compliance.
