Dr. Gary Tylock requires all patients pay upfront for unnecessary tests. Their office policy requires everyone take a basic eye exam, even patients referred by other eye doctors who currently have a good prescription. Dr. Tylock is not interested in being a specialist or in helping patients. His goal is to charge patients for unnecessary tests (as an office policy) that are unrelated to the issue which brought them into his office.
