Review content:
My husband and I had our diamond wedding bands created by H & A three months before our wedding. We took them out of storage to be cleaned two weeks before the wedding and they lost them - for 5 days they could not find them. The day of our wedding a guest from Canada and her husband stayed at the shop from the time they opened and refused to leave till they found our wedding bands. They finally found them 30 minutes before the wedding. When they handed them over they did not apologize and gave the appearance they couldn't care less about the inconvenience and stress they put us through.
Pros: At the time they had a nice sales girl we liked, Pansy, but she has left.
Cons: small shop, closed Sat. & Sun., after they have your money they treat you badly
