I wish I could give zero stars to Time Warner Cable. They are the only company I'm actively rooting to fail. I want it to be a miserable failure, just like their service.
In the 20+ times I've had the misfortune of dealing with Time Warner Cable over the last 4 or 5 years, I have never dealt with an employee that I felt was competent, or cared about the work they were doing. To top it all of, the service routinely fails, and the options are to wait a week for a representative to show up hours late to their scheduled appointment, or to lug the massive cable box to one of the gates of hell [the Time Warner Cable store.]
I've got exactly one month before I can ditch their service and get something more reliable, and it couldn't come soon enough.
Pros: The cable box has some weight to it
Cons: It's all dead weight
