Review content:
I have been taking my dogs (2 bullmastiffs and a Aussie Shep mix) to Buena Pet Clinic for about 3 years now, and have never received anything other than *excellent*, loving care. My experiences have been similar to midalmata - when an x-ray revealed that Cleo had a probably-inoperable condition, they gave me the choice to transport her to a specialist or have her put down, and Dr. Halbach gave me his cell number to reach him directly after I had taken a few hours to consider my decision. He met me *back* at the clinic, after his regular work hours, to administer the injection himself and stayed with us as long as we needed. All the staff having been loving and caring, and they put my animals' comfort first. Vet bills are expensive any where, any more, but they are certainly open to talking to you about what costs might be and how to minimize them. The place is evidently popular, judging from the crowded waiting room and length of time it occasionally takes for them to answer the phone - but I've always been able to be seen immediately in case of emergencies, always had my calls returned, and always believed my pets were in GOOD hands when we visited.
