everything here is messed up. its always dirty, disrespectful children run around and curse allday. the wash facility never works properly and the pool is always closed and when its open its always filthy. management is lazy and unreliable. I wouldnt recommend for homeless people. cant wait to leave. rent is high and they dont use the money to fix up anything. only thing i ever seened them do is paint a floor in the front of the building 13. they take money from the recreation facility for the kids and are trying to close it down. this place really is not worth your time or money. they try to make it seem more then it is. pest and insects are now occupying apartments and they try to charge you for them as pets. i give no rating because they dont have negative ratings and a 1 star would be atleast trying and they're not. this is a last last last resort. (in order to publish i had to rate it so i faked a 1 star) listen to my warning
