\r We went during lunch hour downtown, so yes any restaurant will be busy then, and yes our server was polite and apologetic, but I'm still going to complain that whoever is managing this restaurant is leaving a bad impression with making people wait to be seated, and lots of staff just passing by with blank stares not offering to seat them or even talk to them. We waited like this for about 10 minutes before one girl reluctantly asked us how many were in our party. Then it took 35 minutes to get a set of hamburgers...please! (Yes to be fair the food was decent). \r \r Okay, try like having a DEDICATED host person during the lunch hour, and busing the tables promply with a DEDICATED bus person, and then have the rest of the people waiting tables. Instead of everyone doing everything in a haphazard confused manner with attitude. \r \r It was very clear the manager had the day off...\r Pros: Pretty good food. Good service too if you ever manage to get a table Cons: No concept of handling people when they walk in. Host desk unattended.
