Review content:
The woman working there was horrible to me. After a hectic morning getting documents and signatures pulled together, I got to Pony Express 5 minutes before the last FedX pickup, with a set of documents that absolutely had to go out today. Already stressed out, I got there to discover that I didn't have some of the address information I needed. I asked her if they had a computer with internet access so I could look it up, and she said they had one, but that only staff could use it, not customers. I asked her if she could look up an address for me, and she told me no. I had to call a friend, and while he was looking up the address for me, she sat there in the background sniping ""FedX is going to be here in 2 minutes, and they WON'T wait."" I did get the address from my friend and got my package shipped, but I'll never go there again. I left in tears. My fault for not having the full address, but geez; she had the ability to help a customer who was in a terrible bind, and she refused. What kind of customer service (not to mention human being) was that? Cons: Horrible customer service
