I've always been afraid of going to dental offices through out my life but Dr. Tsen and his caring staff were more than sensitive to my fears and needs. I told him that because of my bad experiences as a child, I was afraid to get regular dental work done. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns. I could tell he truly cared about me as a patient. I got through my dental treatments which entailed of a root canal, crown, and two fillings without any problems. Of course, receiving nitrous oxide during my dental visits definitely helped!!! I also enjoyed watching the latest DVD and smelling the aromatherapy too!! I barely noticed the funky dental office smell. I HIGHLY recommend Nortec Dental.
