Friends from Johnston bragged about Cafe Andiamo. My recent visit was very disappointing. The service was terrible, had to ask for menus and utensils. I ordered shrimp scampi w/broccoli rabe over penne pasta. The shrimp were good, but they never chopped up the rabe. I had log strips of rabe with thick stems draped over my pasta. I had to requesteda steak knife to cut the rabe!! The sauce tasted like chicken broth. I make better food at home! I would not go back.
