Saltz is too self-absorbed and too busy with his medical spa and practice in Park City & SLC to give you the best care possible that one has a right to expect. He did not listen to one word I said; did not appreciate my ethnicity and has afflicted permanent physical, emotional & spiritual harm upon me. He was told 3 times in front of his assistant that I liked my large European nose and under no circumstances was he to reduce it in size or turn it up. His assistant even wrote it down in bold black ink and underscored my request. (he continues to ignore my request for this document and lied in his operative notes that I came to him unhappy with this size of my nose). Not only did he deny me my requests he has scooped out the tip of my nose and it has collapsed, he overthinned my bridge and there are now grooves running along both sides. There is also what appears to be a tendon in the inside left corner of my eye. The lower blepharoplasty has left me with bulging lower lids and the middle of my face it so taut that I can no longer express myself naturally. My surgery was at 6:30am and he finally took the time to call my home at 10pm. He has never once attempted to make right his shoddy work and has absolutely treated me awful. My trust is broken and I cope by never looking at myself in the mirror. Saltz should wonder what karmic justice awaits him now that he has afflicted permanent emotional and physical harm upon another.
