Called for ""sick"" appt. ""Janice"" was so worried about where records were - yes St E Physicians is all ""connected"" but you have to have records at the right facility to be seen. Crazy. Just moved to Alexandria and thought it would be nice to just go someplace close...so back to the other St E Physicians we go. Southgate is VERY NICE! Would definitely recommend them. Never wait long in waiting rooms; staff friendly and helpful. Can't say that about the appointment scheduler at Alexandria sorry.
