This is not my first time having charter, but it is definitely going to be the last. The customer service was lacked in many areas with professionalism and sincereness. I felt very neglected and misunderstood with every representative I talked to. I am not exaggerating either. To be completely honest, I felt that because I was late on my payment, Charter felt they could treat me with disrespect and without courtesy. Because that is exactly what I got. I will never return to Charter services, even if I wasnt able to have satellite. I would rather live without the ""Charter headache"" as everyone calls it, and just watch only a few channels. I just pray in the future everyone turns to satellite, because Charter just is not getting the job done.
