Review content:
Her office made a mistake and ordered me a name-brand perscription when I asked for generic. The office and the doctor did not admit to the mistake or correct it and it cost me $150. The office staff was the rudest I've ever encountered- one receptionist flat out lied and said that I told her one thing which I absolutely did not. The doctor blamed the receptionist's rudeness on english not being her first language, which I highly doubt was the problem. In my opinion if your staff can't even be semi-courteous to your patients they have no business being in a position where they must interact with people. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office.
Cons: rude staff, won't admit to mistakes
