My children have been going here for just a few months and I am already looking for a new Dr. The doctors are ok but the staff are rude and forget about trying to call and ask a question, you will get but on hold(if they answer at all) and sit on hold for up to 20 mins or the phone goes dead and you have to go all through the system again only to get put on hold.They promise to call you back, never do and if you call them , they get upset. The office is filthy old and the equipment is outdated. I feel bad because the Doctors are great, but they need to clean house with the office staff and make the waiting room more kids friendly since we have to sit there so long
