Please take positive reviews for what they are worth. In the lobby, there is a sign that reads ""10% off your next visit for a positive yelp review""
THE WOMAN OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE TRIED TO PUSH ME TO GET SERVICES THAT I DIDN'T WANT AND ULTIMATELY DROVE ME OUT OF THE SHOP WITHOUT GETTING ANYTHING DONE.
I got unnecessary phone calls where the woman owner said that she was calling to prepare the paperwork, but really just tried to push additional services I didn't want. When I got to the shop, she hounded me to sign the paperwork agreeing the additional services.
Pros: Howard, the mechanic = Trustworthy and good to deal with.
Cons: Rosie, owner/customer service = Rude, insulting, frustrating
