This was my first experience with professional carpet cleaning company and I needed my entire rental home carpet cleaned. The estimate given to me was fair and affordable and he honored the "one room free". I had several major stains in the carpet for which Aaron told me that he would be able to remove them. However, after thorough cleaning the carpets, even with special chemicals, a few of those hard set in stains did not come out as promise. Aaron wanted me to be happy and satisfied with the carpet cleaning as customer satisfaction was important to him. His quote on his website "the most thorough cleaning or it's FREE guarantee" was held true as he offered no charge for the carpet cleaning since he was not able to remove the carpet stains. Icleancarpet.com is true to its words and I would without a doubt use them again as I know they offer great customer satisfaction!
