If I could rate this a negative star I would. This was our first experience ordering from Orient Garden and Grub Hub. I ordered well over $40 worth of food, one dish was wrong. I ordered the Sha Cha Beef (sauce on the side) and I received steamed beef and veggies. The Grub Hub representative was very nice and helpful trying to rectify the situation. I took her two phone calls to the restaurant for them to state there was no problem. When I stated that it was steamed , the restaurant stated "that's how they prepare it". I call BS on this one. They screwed up and weren't willing to fix it. It is standard for the meat to be fried up and served over a bed of rice, not steamed. The restaurant refused to fix the dish or refund my money. Thankfully Grub hub is willing to keep a new client and gave me a credit.
NEVER ORDER FROM ORIENT GARDEN!!! The remainder of the food was bland, under-seasoned and some veggies in the other dishes tasted as if they had started to go bad.
