Review content:
I have seen Dr. McCann for over 20 years and have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Bailey in the past 5-10 years. They are both unbelievably kind and compassionate people. They have helped my dogs through life threatening illnesses, surgeries and helped me through the loss of my dog to cancer. Even when we knew there was nothing that would cure my dog Dr. Bailey would call me if I needed anything or had questions about my dog. It meant a lot to me. When the topic of vets and pets comes up I always tell people how wonderful everyone at Cary Vet Hospital is to me and my dogs. Thank you to Dr. Bailey, Dr. McCann and all of the staff Pros: They treat my dogs as their own. Cons: They can't see me as a patient.
