I have attended this Dentist for 8 years. Not sure why I kept going back. \r
They can not get billing straight. Quotes are always WAY off. \r
They will tell me what my child needs with out the thought of what insurance will cover at the time, for example. My Insurance will NOT cover sealants as the same time as a cavity. I would NOT have agreed to a sealant at that time then.\r
They always tell me I owe them Money do to find out they don’t submit things properly to my insurance after hours of being on hold and talking to my insurance company they tell me why they didn’t pay or rejected the payment to kids Dental works then I call Kidz dental back and tell them how and what needs to be submitted. ISNT THAT THEIR JOB??????\r
After this last billing issues I have had enough I go to Atlantic Ped Dentist for the last year and not 1 billing issue, also in Syracuse and LOVE IT!!!!\r
So if you want to find your self paying way more for things that you probably dont even need then try them. To bad the billing department cant get their heads on straight!\r
