Review content:
The staff, particularly on the phone, seems rude. When I was in the office for an appointment in 12/09, they charged me $15.95. I paid for it with my flex spending account debit card, thinking that it was a copay but thinking that the amount was strange--I didn't receive any products. The receipt wasn't specific and was declined by the flex spending administrators. Been trying for the better part of a year now to get an itemized receipt for that charge. It's hard to get past the recording when you call the office, and when you do, the woman on the phone isn't very nice or helpful. I keep getting put through to someone's voice mail. I get the impression that they don't know what they charged me that money for either. All I have received is a duplicate of the non-specific receipt. Be wary of what you're paying for when you visit the office. I may have to pay $15.95 back to my flex spending account before they'll unfreeze my card thanks to this office visit.
Pros: Doctor is knowledgable and in a good location
