Review content:
We have small children and upon finding two Black Widows outside we decided it was time we were grown ups and get an exterminator. We went with our neighbor's reccommendation and called Bulwark. Our neighbors said they were great and would come out in between appointments if you had a problem that needed to be addressed. We've had the service for 6 months and are completely happy. My appointment window today was from 4-7:00 and Ron was here promptly at 4:30. Last month we had some spiders in the garage and they came out and sprayed again and cleaned up the spider webs. We had some anthills that popped up and they came out for those but the real light bulb moment was when a mouse got in the house one night when we were having a new washer and dryer installed. For three days we tried to catch it and then the suddenly we remembered, ""Oh yeah! We've got an exterminator!"" They dropped off everything we needed to catch the mouse and even though it killed him, they were good about explaining that that was the humane thing to do, especially with children around. You don't want to feed your children food that a mouse might have nibbled on and he had chewed a hole in the wood under our dishwasher! All in all we've been very happy and have especially enjoyed their friendly customer service.
