Review content:
I am in the market for a heat pump to be installed. Steve the estimator/field supervisor came by last Friday, took ten minutes to inspect everything, and said that I'd have to wait, that he could not give an estimate at that time. I called him back the following Tuesday, still nothing. It is now Thursday afternoon and still no word back from him. This is not the type of company I want to do business with. I've now called someone else who'll be at the house in the morning.
