I am a first time parent and couldn't be more appalled with a doctors office. The office treated me like I was an idiot because I am a first time parent. They do not return phone calls in a timely manor, and if you have an emergency question at 11:00 pm, go to the Emergency Room and pay the copay. Our son had a temp of 102.4 so we called the Answer Service to have the doctor paged, it took three pages and the doctor took 2 hours to return our phone call. He told us not to worry until his temp was 105.\r
Another visit I had to beg the doctors to test my son for acid reflux, they referred me to get an x-ray, then took a week to give me a prescription! I would never refer a friend to this office. I hope others get treated better then my husband, son, and I have been treated.
Pros: Nurse Sherri is wonderful. Always available appointments
Cons: Staff is rude. Appointments never started on time. Doctors are in and out without time to ask questions
