Review content:
I would never recommend this office to my worst enemy. The receptionists and nurses are rude and Dr. Faber is far from professional. Our first appointment with Dr. Faber was our follow up appointment after my son was born. He had lost 10% of his body weight in the hospital and his bilirubin levels were low, so we had to make an appointment for him 2 days after we came home. Dr. Faber didn't even look at my husband, son or myself for the first 10 minutes of the exam. His eyes were locked on his laptop and only interacted with us saying ""uh-huh, mmm, ok"" As soon as he looked over my son, less than 3 minutes, he had his hand on the door knob. As new parents we had several questions for him. When we alerted him to that, it was like we were asking a huge favor of him to stick around and answer our questions. Another incident we had with this office that truly turned me off completely from this office was when my son was 4 weeks old. I suspected he had acid reflux, the symptoms were textbook. I called the office to make an appointment and when I was speaking to the nurse, she was extremely rude. I told her that he was crying hours on end, he only like to be held or bounced, laying down was an issue. She interrupted me and said, ""You're a new mom huh? First thing you need to do is just put him down!"" I was shocked, she was rude and demeaning. I brought him in to the office and they just pushed me off, that I was a ""new mother"" that I was wrong, there was nothing wrong with my son and I needed to be patient. I demanded that they checked him for acid reflux. They sent me to Chester County hospital for an X-ray and within 10 seconds of him finishing the barium bottle the technician turned to me and said ""well, it's obvious he has reflux!"" \r The only person that treated me like a human was the Nurse Practitioner. It wasn't enough to make me stay with this practice. I requested my records be sent next door to Healthy Steps. They asked why I chose them, I didn't hold back, I was calm and courteous when I told them. They just said, ""Well, good luck then."" We've never been happier that we switched out of this god awful practice. Four years later and the only thing I regret as a new mother, was making the choice to come here in the first place!
