Review content:
The Doctors are great, one of them is Dr. Ross, and specially Dr. Giles, the technicians are polite, and friendly, one of them is Daniel, they make up a great team. BUT I don't know what the problem is with the receptionists, specially Michelle and Veronica. They are unfriendly, rude and not helpful, is like they automatically turn into nasty mode once you ask them something or ask them for help. If it wasn't for members like those receptionists the Northeast Veterinary Clinic would be my #1 choice Clinic. I might continue to go but only because of great members like the Doctors and technicians, the key is just getting past the rude receptionists.
