I hired Service Specialties to install a new Trane HVAC system in my home. At the time that my old system died, it was 110 degrees outside. The salesman came out to explain my options and he was very focused on giving me what I needed. He had some good recommendations, and didn't try to oversell me on anything. When we had decided on a course of action, they gave me portable cooling units to hold me over until the weekend was over.
The work itself was very thorough and well done. The tech explained the entire system to me, inside and out. They system is working perfectly, and I'm very happy with how everything worked out. Service Specialties might not have the lowest prices in town--and I did speak with two other companies--but when it came down to service and ethical sales practices, they won out. Though they weren't the cheapest, they were fair, and that coupled with their service and professionalism was well worth the money for the peace of mind it afforded me.
