Review content:
The management was good, they are willing to work with you if you have any problems. But the overall quality of the apartment for the price you pay, I personally think wasn't worth it. Everything looks extremely cheap inside the apartment, like doors and cabinets. The fire alarm run dead and beep about every month, pet deposit is $300 and you need a doctors note, most doctors will agree its not a relavent cause to give a note for a pet. Management says you need to find a doctor that is a 'friend', which doesn't seem right. People also throw cigarette butts everywhere. Alot of college kids partying, and when you call in the middle of the night to complain about the noise they are not respectful. So I don't think your paying for what you are recieving.
Cons: Crouded parking
