Businiess name:  Willow Ridge Restaurant

Review content:
Tried the Chef's Braised Boar at the local Oktoberfest back in September 2012. It was clear that the chef and his culinary students (from nearby Iowa Central College) put a lot of effort into it. The pork impressed me with a juicy tender succulence true meat-lovers look for. I like the idea that Willow Ridge offers world-class cuisine, which changes often. I also like that the chef also acts as the Culinary Arts Coordinator at the college and uses the restaurant to provide real-world experience and teaching to the students. Makes me feel like patronizing Willow Ridge not only provides me with an excellent dining event but also supports my local community.
