On the Sunday afternoon of Labor Day weekend I had recently gotten in a bike accident and needed a professional assesment of an exteme pain I had in my chest - from the impact of falling off my bike into a ditch :). The staff was very, very attentive to my needs and made me feel much better, especially as the constant ""level 8-9"" pain was becomming unbearable. I felt that they cared about me and my situation and I appreciated this a lot. For what is available in local Raleigh Urgent Care, this was a positive experience.
Pros: amazing nurses and staff
Cons: didn't feel that Doctors were super-thorough
