Acupuncture didn't do it, chiropractic helped for 20 minutes at a time, pain medications made me sick and other therapy methods seemed to just waste my valuable time. I must say that when I first arrived to CH I was a little intimidated and confused because I didn't understand how all the different fancy equipment there could possibly help my back pain of 16 years. My orthopedist swears by them, however, so I decided to give Colin and his group the benefit of my 1,000 doubts because nothing, I mean NOTHNG has ever made my back pain manageable. Well, I found out right away that Colin doesn't like to mess around because I started to exercise in ways I never thought possible. What was truly amazing about my experience with Colin (and sometimes Robbie) is that they always knew how hard to push me without hurting me. I still don't know how they did it, but slowly and surely my back pain dissipated to the point now where I hardly notice it at all anymore (especially at work). The attention to detail by these professional people is by far the best I've ever seen, and I've been to literally hundreds of places before. I will continue to rely on CH for all my healthcare issues, as they have gained my trust and admiration (not easy to do!). Pros: Best at what they do, friendly office staff, atmosphere (eventually) Cons: Atmosphere a little intimidating at first (I'm a whimp) but then energizing!
