I moved to Portland 2 years ago from New York City and was desperate to find a physical therapist who could pick up where my NYC PT left off. I saw C.H. as a preferred provider for my insurance plan and looked them up online, where their reputation preceded them. I'm a very fickle patient, however, and wanted someone who would be willing to discuss my treatment regime with my NYC PT, who was great at what she did. Colin not only took his time in finding out every detail of my history and health problems, but he was willing to call my NY PT and discuss my issues with her! Not too many medical people are willing to do something like that for their patients, I thought. The physical therapy was much different from what I was used to (sweating??!) but worked beautifully to help control my shoulder pain and neck pain. Being an older woman (61 years old), I was very impressed with Colin and his bedside manner. And I'm NOT easy to impress! Pros: Lovely bedside manner, professional, BEST PT I've seen in Portland Cons: Environment a little intimidating at first
