Review content:
I was referred to this clinic by my doctor after my 3rd child in 2006 with excruciating back pain that wouldn't go away. I must admit, I was willing to try anything as I was miserable trying to take care of 3 children with a back that felt like a hot poker was sticking in it 24-7. At first, my back got a little worse (if it was possible) because I tried doing some of the exercises at home and I think I did them wrong. After about a month, I started to notice that my back hurt less and less and it was because Colin helped me get the exercises right. He was patient but pushed me like I needed and made me laugh at every appointment which I also needed because I also had post-partum depression at the time. After 4 months of intensive work, I felt like I was finally out of the woods but I didn't want to quit CH so I became a monthly personal training client. I still see Colin once in a while and I can't say enough about his caring and compassionate approach to physical training as it helped me get my life back. You are the best CH!! Pros: Helped me avoid surgery and awful medications, smart, funny Cons: Can be busy at times and difficult to schedule
