Review content:
I would avoid this place at all costs. While the doctor is nice and quite thorough, he and his staff are out to cheat you. After getting my exam, and buying a brand new pair of glasses from their vision center, I had to *ask* for my eye prescription. They only gave it to me reluctantly. Since my insurance only covers so much and I wanted a second pair, I wanted to take my prescription and use it to buy a second pair online for much cheaper. The prescription she gave me was INCOMPLETE. I went back, explained that it was incomplete and Linda (avoid her!) gave me a lecture about how I didn't need it. After I explained why, she gave me another lecture on buying glasses online and then filled in the wrong numbers! And again, not all of them! So I had an incomplete record a second time! They do not seem to understand that they do not own my medical records and are required by law, upon request to remit them in full. All this in order to scam another sale. They lost a customer because of their greed. Cons: liars and cheats
