Businiess name:  Mura Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Ate at Mura on Friday, August 13th, 2010. Wanted to take my friend for a birthday lunch. Have eaten at Mura since the month it first opened and WILL NOT be eating there again. I'm wondering if Mura has sold to someone else in the last few years as I've noticed the service going down, down every since. Whomever owns it now doesn't care. The waitress seemed perturbed that she had, yet, another table to wait on. She didn't explain the menu well and no longer do they bring several sauses with explanations. The food was terrible. I ordered the Bento and my friend had chicken. Her chicken was overcooked and my steak was greasy. The "energy" of the restaurant is no longer inviting. I've lived in Japan and can tell you, no longer will I bring my Japanese out-of-town guests here. Three guys, one of them I believe the manager, sat around with two others guys and ran his mouth paying no attention to the customers.
