Ott Plumbing is the worst plumbing company I've ever used. Avoid them at all costs! Poor customer service and attention to detail.\r

First, they refused to bill the responsible party for the damage done to my plumbing, even though the responsible party was willing to pay. Secondly, the work they did the first time did not fix the leak and when I called to have them come out and fix it, they did not. I had to call again three days later to ask when they would be coming out to fix it, and the receptionist asked, "Oh.. did you want us to come out and fix it?" Further, they never fully understood that they were still working on a repair job that they botched the first time. After they came out to fix their faulting repairs, they sent me a bill for the whole repair even though they already billed me for the first repair.\r

Next came the letter from the owner of the company saying that she felt bad because she was coming between me and my neighbor, who was responsible for the damages
