I recentely ordered a Christening cake from them, and it was excellent. Got LOTS of compliments from guests on how great it tasted. Pickup was easy, and staff was friendly. I guess I don't understand a lot of the horror stories from here and people complaining about how their problems were unresolved? If this is the case why wouldn't you persue this further, not just let it go and complain on here? Don't stop complaining until you get your compensation! Climb up the totem pole, take it to the next level, etc.
