Stephanie Campbell and staff practice racist unfair unequal housing practices. I called and asked if a property was available and they told me they had stopped showing the property because they had a pending application on it. I was looking in the same area for another For Rent sign I'd seen recently and there was Stephanie showing the house to another prospective tenant. I had my blonde girlfriend Cindy call and ask about the same property and they told her it was available and scheduled a showing for her. It was just like the commercials you hear from HUD on the radio. Incredible that this is still happening in the year 2009. I finally found a property that I wanted that unfortunately Dowling managed. I completed an application and found out they require a full deposit before they will even accept your application plus a $40 application fee. I paid the $1400 deposit and the application fee.
