My daughter Sara started with Riley's Lake Orion at 11months old. Recently, before our class, Coach Riley was showing an older child which exercises she could do at home to strengthen her core. As we had just walked up, Coach Riley said to Sara...to show the older child a Plank.. Sara immediately dropped to the floor and did a perfect Plank. She's just turned 2 years old!! My husband was blown away....he didn't even know what a Plank was.Coach Riley is great with the kids, you can tell she really cares. And it's amazing the things the kids are taught, most of us parents never expected to receive so much from a 45 minute class. It's certainly a lot more than just play...Our classes are in the Lake Orion CERC Center on Scripps Road, and you can register by calling their main number or check out the schedule online through lake orion community education. 248-693-5436.
