When I talked to the guy from NDI on the phone he seemed to know what he was talking about...but when he got to the job site that was not the case. He told me I had to pay travel time which was not told to me until the bill was presented to me with not only hours of labor but also his driving time. There was an issue with the parts I had him put on-they were anti-knock cylinders and the adapter on my faucet was removed to stop the banging. When he went to fix my toilet, he did not see that the inlet for the water to come in was clogged, and there was a piece of debris causing the problem. He sold me a part I did not need that I had to pay for and he wasn't observant about the work. He did not properly inform me of the work and I wasn't real happy with at all.
