Disappointed! I arrived for my appointment and I was the only person in the waiting room or appointment room. I stood there for over a minute while four women continued to talk without acknowledging me until I cleared my voice, and stated I was here for an appointment. The receptionist did not know whether I was a new or returning patient. Finally she asked me to fill out a new patient form. After it was completed I had to wait again before one of the four took the form from me and told me to wait. When the tech finally brought me in, I waited again. They did the fecal exam and the tech came back out with tapeworm medicine. Never saw the vet. Asked them to exam two spots on his paws, and the vet finally came out to exam him. He didn't even introduce himself, spoke maybe a sentence, and then left. I sat in the room until I finally walked out to the front office on my own. My bill was $225 for simple routine exams and medication. Not pleased with the service or the cost.
