Review content:
We were in a bad car accident that left our van severely damaged. Our insurance company recommended Ponders Collision. We called and they were able to get us in the same day for an estimate.
When we arrived, they looked at our car and then told us it would be at least 30 days before they could start working on it! I appreciated their honesty but we could not wait that long to get our car fixed. They recommended another shop and even called them for us to make sure they could get us in right away.
They were professional and friendly.
