I just want to set the record straight. I know the staff at VCA Central. So I printed out these comments and showed them to the staff. I came away with a great feeling that there are two sides to every story because in pretty much every negative review there was the other side that told a completely different story and confirmed by more than one other who was there. \r
One should just know after reading these minority bits of slander that ALL the people at VCA Central are heartbroken when something does go wrong with your pet whether it be their fault (which does not happen often) or the fault of nobody. Also remember that it is human nature to hear what you want to hear and to blame anyone other than yourself.\r
VCA Central does not claim to be cheap but they do claim to be good, loving and through. They do live up to that.
