I was unimpressed with the staff, location and travel. First and foremost, driving up a gravel incline is less than desirable in adverse weather conditions. I was halfway greeted by someone who looked filthy and unkempt, and then to exacerbate the situation, I could barely understand what she was asking or requiring. Finally, I am placed in a 'room' to wait half an hour for a relatively simple check-up, which I was quoted a price of $40 and ended up paying over $250--the physician coerced me into believing that I needed several unnecessary blood tests--her manner was unaccomodating and quite rude. Overall, I would not recommend this facility. Following my appointment, I phoned around to various practices within Augusta County and found this particular clinic to be the most expensive--no deal here.
